The Apostleship of the Sea serves seafarers from across the world, regardless of belief, nationality or rank. In all the main ports in Great Britain its team of chaplains and volunteer ship visitors visit thousands of seafarers each year, meeting their needs through the provision of help, support and advice.
The Mission to Seafarers
The Mission to Seafarers works in over 260 ports caring for seafarers of all ranks, nationalities and beliefs. Through its global network of chaplains, staff and volunteers it offers practical, emotional and spiritual support to seafarers through ship visits, drop-in centres and a range of welfare and emergency support services.
